Is to apply a wide range of cold-working die steel with high strength, good hardenability and good abrasion resistance, but poor i***ct toughness. Is mainly used to withstand shock loading small, requiring high wear of the Die and punch, cold-cut scissors, drill sets, gauges, drawing die, pressure die, screw plate, drawing dies and thread rolling die and so on.

¡ñ Mechanical Properties:
Hardness: Annealing, 269 ~ 217HB, indentation diameter of 3.7 ~ 4.1mm; quenching, ¡Ý 60HRC
¡ñ Heat treatment parameters and microstructure:
Heat treatment specifications: 1) quenching, 950 ~ 1000 ℃ oil-cooling; 2) quenched 980 ℃, oil cooling, 180 ℃ tempered 2h.
Metallographic Organization: tempered martensite + carbide + retained austenite is not dissolved.
¡ñ Delivery status: Delivery of steel to annealing.
